Overview
Jeanette is hunting the killers of young male asylum seekers, but the case becomes even more twisted when a mummified body is discovered hidden inside a church wall, and another body is found in a freezer.

As DCI Jeanette Kilburn navigates her new relationship with Dr. Sophia Craven, a horrifying discovery at a pig farm brings new insight to the investigation. Meanwhile, an accident at a local church reveals a chilling buried secret.
2. Amor Fati
Sophia gives a statement to the police. Jeanette fears that Victoria may target Beecham College headmaster Peter Drake and attempts to bring him into protective custody. Mike, at the mortuary, makes a surprising discovery.
3. Into the Light
Sophia worries that Victoria's memories are bleeding into her own. Jeanette and Mike identify the body in the crypt and, seeking answers, visit Peter Drake. A new witness comes forward with shocking revelations as Victoria seeks answers from Mary.
4. Divide and Conquer
Jeanette and Mike identify the girl from the freezer, leading them to the care home's owner. Meanwhile, officers make a discovery that provides new insight into a suspect as Sophia continues to experience Victoria's memories.
5. Swan Song
As Victoria issues a chilling ultimatum, a shaken Sophia leaves a message for Jeanette. Meanwhile, David goes on the run after CCTV places him at Mary's murder site, and mounting evidence forces Jeanette to question Sophia herself.

With her career hanging in the balance, Jeanette returns to police HQ determined to solve the case before Verity removes her. A discovery from Sophia's flat reveals old secrets and new connections that tie the crimes together.
