It's the first of two Fittest Family quarter finals in The Forest, and four families and their coaches will be hoping to do enough to stay in the game.

Four families and their coaches will be hoping to do enough to progress from The Forest onto the semi-finals in The Swamp, and make it all the way to the final on the Mountain.

It's semi-final week as the competition seperates into 2 heats, with three families pitted against each other in a time trial, and the losing 2 families heading into an eliminator.

It's the grand final? Which super family will be crowned Ireland's Fittest Family 2022 and which coach will be covered in glory to leading them to success?
