Seher Hone Ko Hai

Seven years later, Mufti Mahid arrives in Srinagar to offer prayers, where Dr. Seher is participating in a medical camp. Soon after, Seher helps a woman being harassed by her husband.

While Seher enjoys a peaceful boat ride with Amaal, Mahid captures the husband. Later Seher gets in trouble with her senior while Mahid spends time with Qais and Insha.

Seher rushes to save Mahid after he falls from a cliff. As he regains consciousness, his old memories return, setting the stage for a emotional reunion.

Seher tends to Mahid's wounds but blames him for Kasaur's death, making it clear that she has not forgiven him. Later, a frightened horse chases Seher, and Mahid rescues her.

Qais faints while running, prompting Mahid to seek Seher's help. Seher revives him with a life-saving trial drug, and with Mahid's help moves him to the hospital.

Seher hides her emotions after meeting Mahid and focuses on treating Qais. Fareed praises Seher's dedication and offers her residency under his supervision.

Seher is shocked after receiving a termination letter for breaking protocol. As Husna plots against Mahid, Seher asks him to meet her immediately.

Seher confronts Mahid over the complaint against her, unaware that he is secretly trying to save her job. Later, a shocking accident leaves Seher covered in blood.

Mahid helps Seher remove the ice cream stuck to her dress, as Seher learns that he is not Qais's father. Later, Fareed advocates in Seher's favour to her superior.

Seher agrees to Fareed's condition for the sake of her career. Upon reaching Lucknow, her memories resurface and she calls Mahid to return his wallet and jacket.

Nazima stands up to Husna, refusing to fall for her tricks again. Seher returns Mahid's wallet, assuring him she wants no money. Husna learns of Seher's return.

Husna and Hyder's scheme succeeds in rendering Seher unconscious. Mahid, blaming himself for ruining Seher's life, grieves in pain as she gently comforts him.

Seher holds back her emotions for Mahid, but Fareed instructs her to monitor his condition. Soon, Mahid and Seher share an intense moment, lost in each other's gaze.

The Moulana questions Mahid after he loses control, casting doubt on his ability to serve as Mufti. Later, Mahid asks Seher to become his fiancee, leaving her stunned.

Mahid admits he told everyone that he still loves Seher but insists that there is nothing left between them. Seher refuses to reunite with Mahid.

Khalid threatens Nazima that he will harm her if she reveals his truth. As Seher checks Mahid's vitals, they share unspoken emotions while Mahid quietly admires her.
