Tulsi crashes to the ground upon witnessing Mihir's lifeless body, resulting in her hospitalisation. Later, Savita falls unconscious as she makes sense of reality.

Tulsi turns hysterical upon realising Mihir isn't alive to witness the birth of their son, Gautam. Later, Baa tries to calm her down by reminding her of Mihir's memories.

Despair ensues as Tulsi returns home with Gautam from the hospital. Later, Baa consoles a grieving Savita and asks her to get rest while she looks after Gautam.

Mansukhbhai is taken aback as Anupam pays a surprise visit to them. Meanwhile, while talking to the members, Anupam expresses his condolences to the family.

Savita walks into Tulsi's room in the middle of the night and chats with her. Later, while speaking with Mansukhbhai, a teary-eyed Savita evokes Mihir's memories.

At the police station, Gautam's kidnapper reveals the name of the mastermind. Later, the Virani family is taken aback to know that the mastermind is Aarti.

The Viranis are worried as their company shares are bought in the market by a new person. Meanwhile, Mr. Mehra takes charge as the Chairman of the Virani industries.

Pooja and Hemant are upset as complications may occur during the former's delivery. Meanwhile, Mr. Mehra and Payal enjoy the downfall of the Viranis.

Govardhan suggests mortgaging the house in order to get out of the business crisis. Later, he puts forward a request before the Virani employees.

Govardhan shares with Baa that he has now more shares than Payel and Mr. Mehra. Later, the family members are startled to see Govardhan in a shocking state.

Shobha convinces Savita that she wants to bunk her computer class and go to a movie. Later, Tulsi expresses her concern for Mihir to Baa.

At the college, Vicky and his friends viciously harass Shobha, leaving her embarrassed. Later, Tulsi gets infuriated and lodges a complaint against them.

Baa searches for Shobha as she had promised that she would help them with the household chores. Elsewhere, Shobha gives Vicky a stern warning.

Kiran contacts Aarti to wish her a late birthday greeting. Pooja appreciates Tulsi's help in cleaning the room. The Virani family intends to surprise Amba.

The Virani's are pleased to have Sahil back in their house. Later, Sahil goes to college with Shobha. Shobha tells him about the three college boys, who bother her. Sahil then warns Gautam not to bother Shobha.

When Amba inquires about Sahil, Bavri mistakenly informs her that he is in the hospital. After hurting Sahil, Vicky is scared.

According to the doctors, Sahil suffers a significant head injury. Tulsi learns about her son Gautam's role in the incident at the police station. Tulsi later bails Gautam out.

Gautam's presence in the guest room surprises the Virani family. Tulsi then reveals that Gautam is her son. Amba asks Tulsi not to tell Mihir about Gautam.

Shobha and Tulsi become emotional as they express their concern for Gautam. Tulsi confirms Gautam's identity by seeing his passport.

As Kiran arrives home, all the family members are taken aback. Gautam realises he has forgotten his passport at Tulsi's residence.

At the hospital, Kiran meets up with Sahil and his family. Meanwhile, Gautam is identified as the one who hit Sahil on the head.

Pooja chooses to withdraw the complaint, and Gautam is granted bail. Gautam is enraged by Tulsi's arrival and hides his identity from the Virani family.

As Kiran persuades and asks Gautam to stay with him, he refuses. Meanwhile, Shobha reveals to Tulsi that Gautam plans to leave India.

After the police arrest Gautam, he gets enraged with Tulsi for complaining against him. Meanwhile, the Virani family plans to celebrate Gautam's birthday.
